New Dental Provider for Ambetter Members

Ambetter from MHS is excited to announce our dental provider will be changing to Dental Health & Wellness (DHW) on October 1, 2016. Our current provider, DentaQuest, will continue to provide dental services until September 30, 2016.

Please continue to see your current dental provider until September 30. After that date, make sure to check that your provider is still in the Ambetter network. On October 1, members may check if a dental provider is in-network by:

1. Searching the Find A Provider feature at ambetter.mhsindiana.com  OR
2. Calling Member Services at 1-877-687-1182 (TTY/TDD 1-800-743-3333)
